Dara Moskowitz Grumdahl, dining critic and senior editor for Minnesota Monthly, has been reviewing restaurants and covering food and wine in the Twin Cities since 1995. She has worked for the City Pages, Gourmet, USA Today, Wine & Spirits, Bon Appetit and Saveur.

In Drink This: Wine Made Simple, her first book, Grumdahl tells would-be wine aficionados that the only taste that matters is their own. The book is an entertaining read and a first-rate plunge into "the most wonderful drink in the world."
